The policyholder's side of the claim.
Empire Public Adjusters is a lead-generation website for public adjuster services in New York, covering the five boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester. It speaks to residential and commercial policyholders who need to document damage, prepare an insurance claim, and negotiate with the carrier. Five claim types have their own page: fire and smoke, water, storm, vandalism and theft, and commercial property. Every claim page points to the claim review.
Public adjusting is state-regulated, so the site asks for the claim review without overstating. Each view carries one red primary button, backed by three lead forms and click-to-call links from header to final CTA. Five claim pages sit under the services hub, and ten location pages, each with local copy, a community list, and FAQs, sit under the locations hub. LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList structured data ship on the right pages. Outcomes stay out by rule. The site states nothing it cannot back up.
Navy and crimson,
built for the claim.
A serious, high-contrast palette. Navy carries the headings, buttons, and dark panels, and deep navy grounds the hero form card and footer. Crimson is the single primary button on every view, and cool paper alternates the sections. Uppercased Oswald display headings sit over Inter body text.

One next step: the claim review.
Home, services, and locations all point at the same two actions: request a claim review or call. Five claim-type pages and ten location pages give each loss and each area its own front door, and How It Works walks through each step of a claim.
