Refund Policy

At Rumeira (“Company”), we provide professional digital marketing, website design, website hosting, and software development services. By engaging our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Retainer-Based Services
All services provided by Rumeira operate on a retainer basis. This ensures dedicated resources, priority scheduling, and continuous strategy implementation for your projects.
- Payment Requirement: Retainers must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any work or the continuation of monthly service cycles.
- Nature of Work: Because our services involve immediate allocation of labor, intellectual property, and proprietary strategy, all payments are considered "earned" upon receipt.
No Refunds
All Sales are Final. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, signed Service Agreement:
- Service Delivery: We do not offer refunds for any payments made. This includes initial setup fees, monthly retainer payments, and deposits.
- Electronic Consumption: Due to the nature of digital services—where insights, optimizations, and code are delivered and consumed in real-time—we cannot "reclaim" the value provided once work has started.
Cancellation of Services
- Notice Period: You may cancel your services at any time. To avoid future charges, notice must be provided via email to support@rumeira.com.
- No Prorated Credits: Upon cancellation, any payment already processed for the current billing cycle is non-refundable. We do not provide credits or prorated refunds for unused days within a billing month.
- Future Charges: Once a cancellation is confirmed, no further charges will be applied to your account for subsequent billing periods.
No Guarantees
While we strive for excellence, Rumeira does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, such as exact search engine rankings or specific traffic volumes. Digital performance is subject to third-party algorithms and market variables beyond our control.
Disputes & Chargebacks
- Payment Processing: We utilize secure processors (such as Stripe) to manage transactions.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Rumeira reserves the right to submit comprehensive evidence of services rendered, including project logs, communication records, and deliverables, to the financial institution.
Policy Changes
Rumeira reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
