A custom project management tool designed specifically for agency workflows. No manual coding was involved, built entirely through AI.
Each client has their own project space. You can store client details, links, and project notes. Clients get their own portal to view tasks, leave comments, and submit requests.
Tasks support priority levels, due dates, labels, and subtasks. You can view tasks in list, table, cards, or calendar view. Tasks without due dates sit in a separate panel where they can be dragged onto the calendar.
Task templates let you pre-build a list of tasks for common workflows like onboarding. When a new client is added, you apply the template and all tasks populate instantly. No rebuilding the same task list from scratch every time.
Leads are tracked separately from clients. When a deal is closed, the lead automatically converts into a client. No manual data entry, no copy-pasting.
Team members are assigned roles with different levels of access. Employees only see tasks assigned to them, not entire client projects. Domain restrictions control who can be invited to the platform.
Clients log in with their own account. You control which tasks they can see. They can comment on tasks and submit new requests directly, which show up in the activity feed.
This app was built entirely through AI, no manual coding. The entire development process was driven through conversation, describing features, reviewing output, and iterating until it worked.
The frontend is built with React and Vite, styled with Tailwind CSS. Firebase handles authentication, the database, and real-time updates. The app is deployed on Vercel.
